Rules

Submissions should spark conversation, offer fresh perspectives, and align with Seeds’ mission to explore ethical approaches to living and working. Contributions are reviewed for relevance, originality, and alignment with the Seeds mission. Submissions that include hate speech, plagiarism, or discriminatory content will not be considered.

Written pieces can be sent in the body of the message or as an attachment. Larger files, like images, videos, or audio files, can be sent with a WeTransfer link or similar file-sharing service. Image sizes should not exceed 5 MB, and preferred extensions for attachments are .doc, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .mp3, and .mp4

If minor edits are needed for clarity, grammar, or length, we will reach out to you for approval before publishing. Seeds reserves the right to suggest editorial changes but will never alter the meaning or message of a contribution.

You retain full ownership of your work. By submitting, you grant Seeds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, share, and present your contribution (or excerpts from it) on the Seeds website, social media channels, and in related public contexts such as workshops or presentations. You will be credited wherever your work appears. Contributors are responsible for securing any necessary rights for images, music, or other third-party materials included in their work. While we take care in curating and sharing content, Seeds cannot guarantee protection from unauthorized use by third parties once work is published online.

Seeds encourages people to reflect, think critically, and express original ideas. While AI tools are becoming increasingly prevalent and may be used at certain stages of the creative process, contributions to Seeds should be primarily human-generated.
